Every crime that may be related to anything should be checked and accused should be punished by the authorities. As this world has become a global village and most of the work is online, so percentage of crimes is increasing day by day. There is a specific department in developed countries that take cares of cyber crimes and it is very established. Lot of people trust on it and hence cyber crimes in developed countries are perfectly managed. Now coming to Pakistan, as we all know Pakistan is underdeveloped country and there is no proper department who can check cyber crimes. We don’t have any cyber police, but Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has made a small cyber crime cell that observes different cyber crimes in Pakistan. Anyone can report his or her issue to cyber crime cell.
Lodging a complaint in Cyber Crime Cell:
There is a very simple procedure for lodging a complaint in FIA cyber, one has to write an application in Urdu or English that should be having the contents related to your complaint. You can also attach several evidences for supporting your application. After writing down your application you can send this to below mentioned address. Cyber crime officials give response within 24 hours via email and they take about 7 days to give response of via post. The officials also give you tracking number if you report through fax.

…my mobile gave an error is packet data not available and please contact your service provider…at least 7 time a call in week to customer officer for tell my problem..they did not solve my problem and gave time 6 hours 1 or and something daily i think mobilnk gave feint to costomer about for this fake service that why my issue was not resolved…but same issue i am your valueable customer…..please solve my problem
